OEM & Custom Manufacturing
This is the core of what SurgicalGo does.
Most distributors don't want a catalogue — they want a specific implant or instrument built to their own drawing, under their own brand, at a volume that makes sense. That's an OEM/private-label relationship, and it runs through a fixed process every time.
The process
From your spec to a production run
Share your specification
Send a drawing, spec sheet, sample part, or reference product. Include material, tolerances, target volume and destination market — the more precise, the faster we can respond.
Feasibility check & quote
We review the spec against what our manufacturing partners can actually produce, flag anything that isn't feasible as written, and return a quote with realistic lead times.
Sample production
A sample or small first-article batch is produced before any volume commitment, so you can inspect fit, finish and function against your own standards.
Approval
You sign off on the sample — or send it back with changes. We iterate with the manufacturer until the part matches spec, before committing to a production run.
Production run
Once approved, the full order goes into production, with the same QC and documentation process applied to every unit before export.

This table describes what we will investigate and confirm with the manufacturer for your specific order — it is not a guarantee of feasibility, price or certification. Some specifications may not be producible as drawn; we'll say so rather than force a quote.
